Freddy Koenig is a seasoned healthcare executive and entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience leading complex business and healthcare operations. As the Founder of AK3, Freddy brings deep expertise across Hospital Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Post-Acute Care, Value-Based Care, and Primary Care, positioning him at the forefront of integrated, performance-driven healthcare delivery.  Additionally, Freddy has developed a strong background in both developing and optimizing private businesses within the industries of healthcare, real estate, service-oriented businesses and the like; utilizing his network from being a graduate of Texas A&M University as well as Trinity University.

Throughout his career, Freddy has built a reputation for executing high-impact strategic development initiatives that drive measurable results. He has successfully expanded margin lines through disciplined process improvement, operational optimization, and data-driven decision-making. His leadership consistently enhances client experience, strengthens provider networks, and accelerates sustainable growth.

Freddy has spent over eight years operating within private equity–backed environments, where he managed more than $200 million in P&L responsibility. In these high-performance settings, he developed a strong track record of scaling organizations, improving operational efficiency, and aligning clinical and financial performance to maximize enterprise value.
